Just spent about £40.

So unhappy about spending so much money but hopefully a push in the right direction.

again, well awkward when someone sends me a message when my bro is ‘ville-ing on my account.

although tbf I’d probably ignore them too…

I wish I looked like this again.

I wish that I stopped eating so much..

-sigh-

I have a major rethink to do..

Think I might head up to stonehenge this year for summer solstice..

How exactly are liberals unintelligent? And why do you think it's so impossible (or wrong) for a person over the age of 30 to be a liberal? Both of my parents are liberals, and they'll be turning 60 next year. Yet they're not uneducated or unintelligent at all. Both of them are college graduates, and my mother even has a Master's in Education. So how do you explain that?

I’m saying liberal views take into account society and ifnore the beeter good of everyone.

And I never said imposssible please don’t misquote me.

I don’t mean so much that one is intelligent, one is not I mean more that conservatism is the more intelligent and all round approach. Liberalism is a more humanitarian view.

Also controversial statement but does a degree in education even count lol.

“If you are not a liberal when you are young, you have no heart. If you are not a conservative when you mature, you have no brains. They’ll grow out of this.”

Great quote I found regarding oxford students opposing an ‘elitist’ portrait of the queen being hung.

Very true too. Most young people seem to support liberal and labour views, yet you’ll see most older mature people support conservative views.

Intelligence comes with time..

Cultural barbarism is still barbarism.

FGM is not okay. And that’s not Western Culture imposing it’s views on the rest of the world, that is saving women from having their genitals mutilated.

True story.

Political correctness is what has led to this and many other problems just being ignored. FGM is not a cultural thing, just like squatting is not a culture and neither is travelling a race. Tackle problems rather that hide them behind the defense of racism and leave them be.

2 days of luck on neo and now 2 days of sh*te… Everywhere

This new fb message ‘seen’ thing is annoying its so difficult to ignore people now.. Pointless function all it does is soothe egos of people who’s messages were genuinely not seen who cares man up.

She was talking about ‘society.’ She was blaming everything on ‘society.’ I said she was talking mostly bullshit. I said blaming everything on society was like hiding behind the couch and shouting at the television. I asked her what ‘society’ was. She said it was everyone. She said that everyone was a part of society. I asked her if she also took the blame when she blamed society. She said it didn’t work that way. She said that, yes, she was a part of society, but no, she didn’t think the same way as society. I asked her in what way did society think. She said I was confusing the issue.

lettersfromhere:

There are 5,393 carceral facilities in the United States, places where people are held in local jails, state prisons, federal corrections facilities, immigration detention centers – “anywhere where an individual can be sort of confined and locked up,” explains Josh Begley, “and, in some of the bigger instances, warehoused in one place.”

Begley is a master’s student in the Interactive Telecommunications program at New York University. He wanted to graphically represent what all of this means, to communicate not just the sheer quantity of prisons in America (a number that has been booming for decades), but their volume on our landscape. As part of a class project, he created the oddly beautiful website Prison Map, which offers a mashed-up birds-eye view of all of these places, taken from Google Satellite images.
